The Spektrum DX9 Black Edition was stolen this past weekend while on display at iHobby in Schaumburg, IL. The Spektrum team is offering a reward (Brand new AR636 AS3X receiver) for any information that leads to the finding of the transmitter and/or the person who took it from the booth. If you have information or know the whereabouts of the transmitter, please message us immediately. If you are the person who took the transmitter from the booth, please do the right thing and ship it back to us using the below address with no questions asked. The unit is a pre-production model with limited capabilities and is traceable via the internal serial #.

It is just not right to steal a transmitter on display and Horizon Hobby does need to get on the ball with getting PC software out in a timely manner and fixing the search engine on the new website that is slow and give you a bunch of items and get the DX9 Black Edition out that I have been waiting for awhile for. I hope someone at Horizon Hobby does read this blog.

ReplyDeleteTheft is still theft. If it had been your radio I'm sure that you would be upset too.
Don't forget that it was Horizon that gave us radio equipment that is far more affordable.
Paul is right on the mark. Theft is theft! If you "care less...", maybe if you lose something (transmitter, A/C, etc.), people will not care either.
